The hotel is conveniently located in Sultanahmet area, close to major tourist attractions. You can easily walk to most famous tourism areas or the shopping area. the hotel offers excellent service, with staff that really goes above and beyond, making sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. the breakfast is also exceptional, with a wide variety of options and breathtaking views from the terrace restaurant.

Some guests have reported issues with the lighting and air conditioning in the rooms, which may be a bit gloomy and poorly lit.

We loved staying at this hotel for its great location, close to all the historical attractions and major sights. The staff was very friendly and helpful in guiding us with transportation options. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast served had a great variety of local delicacies.

It is convenient boutique venue, it offers lovely pool and the location is EXCEPTIONAL close to the tourist attractions.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. Additionally, the breakfast options are varied and delicious, providing a great start to the day. The rooftop terrace restaurant offers breathtaking views of the city, making dining a memorable experience.

There were some issues with the toilet in the room, as it was leaking and making noise. Although we reported the issue, the hotel was unable to repair it, which was a bit inconvenient.

The rooms we were given had three beds instead of two, difficult to move around. It would have been better if the room amenities matched the description provided, as we were disappointed to find that some items were missing.

We had a fantastic stay at Sura Design Hotel. The staff provided exceptional hospitality and care for our family of 14 attending a wedding near the Blue Mosque. They fulfilled every request, from providing extra amenities to rearranging breakfast tables for our group. The hotel location was perfect, with all the main attractions within a short walk. The lobby and family lounging area were great for relaxing. The rooms on the first floor were comfortable and suited our needs. The hotel had a variety of dining options nearby, including local food right outside the hotel.

We felt completely happy with our stay and have no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the old city for 5 days. The location was exceptional, with all the historical places just a 5-7 minute walk away. The room was of 5-star quality and the breakfast at the attached restaurant was amazing. Duygu was also very nice. The staff at the hotel were truly amazing and made us feel at home. This will always be my first choice for any future visits.
